Program Coordinator – Auburn/Read Program We are seeking a master's level clinician to be our Program Coordinator for our supported housing program serving adults experiencing serious mental illness. Responsible for the overall management of the program including: intake, hiring and scheduling staff, supervision, documentation, maintaining budget and all licensing requirements. Excellent clinical, collaborative and supervisory skills required and a background in working with adults with mental illness is desired. Bachelor's degree and considerable relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a master's degree. ILSS – Wilson Street The candidate will be joining a vibrant team of ten that serves a 7-bed residential treatment facility, which has the additional capacity of managing co-occurring medical problems. The main area of responsibility is being a trained supervised professional providing direct mental health services to residents and their families. This position assists residents in developing Residential Support Plans, skills of daily living, structuring their time and preparing for a move to more independent living when appropriate. This candidate requires skill in one-to-one interviewing, supportive counseling, group work, community outreach, and utilization of a team approach. Qualification include: a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of successful community based mental health work, preferably with the severely mentally ill. Candidate must complete Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician I course work within 1 year of employment. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience will be considered. Senior ILSS – Park Street The candidate will be joining a lively team of six that serves a transitional 9-bed rehabilitation facility. This program is for those who participate in community work or activities and who can achieve independent living within a maximum of 24 months. The main area of responsibility is being a trained supervised professional providing direct mental health services to residents and their families. This position assists residents in developing Residential Support Plans, skills of daily living, structuring their time and preparing for a move to more independent living when appropriate. This candidate requires skill in one-to-one interviewing, supportive counseling, group work, community outreach, and utilization of a team approach. The Sr. ILSS will also act as a back-up to the Program Coordinator when he/she is unavailable. Qualification include: a bachelor’s degree in social work or related field with a minimum of 2-3 years of successful community based mental health work, preferably with the severely mentally ill. Candidate must complete Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician I course work within 1 year of employment. In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, 4 to 6 years of relevant experience will be considered. Community Integration Worker Join a team that works one-on-one with adults that experience major mental health disorders. Main duties include delivery of direct mental health services to clients and their families, development of individual support plans with consumers and providing a variety of services and support to assist them in meeting their identified goals. To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree in social work or other related field with minimum of 2-3 years of relevant community based mental health work. Must complete Mental Health Technician C course work within one year of employment and be eligible for provisional certification immediately. Full Time Residential Support Workers - Wilson Street We have two full time positions available at one of our residential group homes that meet the needs of residents with mental and medical needs. The position will be part of a team that provides support with daily living skills and in utilization of community based mental health supports as well as assisting and supporting the residents in meeting physical health needs. Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician Level One (MHRT-I) preferred. Two to three years experience working directly with adults living with mental illness required. This position requires skill in one-to-one interviewing, supportive counseling, group work, community outreach, and utilization of a team approach. Minimum qualifications include Bachelor's degree in social work or related field with a minimum of one year of successful community based mental health work, preferably with the severely mentally ill. Must have an MHRT-C or be eligible and must complete Mental Health Rehabilitation Technician I course work within 12 months of employment. In lieu of Bachelor's degree, 3-4 years of relevant experience will be considered
