The following training certificates expire after the noted number of years:

CRMA and CRMA Recertification- 2 years

American Red Cross CPR- 2 years

American Red Cross First Aid- 2 years

PRAB (2-day) and Refresher- 1 year

If your certificate is expired you will not be permitted to

work until the certificate is made current.

Please note that all CRMA Recertification classes now have a

Mandatory Practice Session

one week prior to the class.

CANCELATION POLICY
Classes cancelled by Shalom House, Inc. will be rescheduled or fully refunded. Cancellations by students received at least 5 business days in advance of the course will receive a full refund. Cancellations received 4 business days or less before the start of the class will be subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations not received or received less than 24 hours before the start of the class, will not be refunded.
