We help people escape the stress of homelessness, hunger, and isolation.

Our goal is to help people address personal goals, receive services, and once again become a vital part of the community.

What We Do

01.

-Basic Needs

We help achieve basic needs. One of the core needs is to provide stable housing. Once basic housing needs are met, people's lives can become more stable; then treatment and recovery becomes possible and more successful.

02.

-Personal Goals

We believe in treating all consumers of mental health services with dignity and respect. Our compassionate care model, allows clients to make choices both in their housing as well as their future. Clients work together with our team to navigate individualized planning for care and recovery.

03.

-Treatment Services

We provide a broad spectrum of services that are built upon a foundation of mental health care. Our model of care removes the silos and disconnected treatment services, to help care for the whole person.

04.

-Community Inclusion

We promote community inclusion by assisting clients with progression towards independence and continued stability. This goal helps to achieve integration with friends, family and neighbors within the community.

05.

-Advocacy

We fight tirelessly for the needs, safety and care of the vulnerable members of our community. We advocate for those with mental illness and housing challenges at the local, State and Federal level. In order to accomplish our vision, we partner with many organizations and caring individuals.

06.

-Education and Training

We are committed to providing high quality training and education, both to our staff as well as to the public. Our training focuses on education and skills to improve the care for those with serious and persistent mental illness.
